Asamoah Gyan Returns To Ghana Premier League

Asamoah Gyan Returns To Ghana Premier League (Updated: 2 years ago)

Former Ghana captain Asamoah Gyan, 34, has returned home to play.

This is in line with the hopes of developing national and African championships.

Gyan, who has scored 51 goals for Ghana’s Black Stars, has joined Legon Cities on a one-year deal and could be extended in the future.

The former BBC African Footballer of the Year has turned down offers from Qatar and elsewhere to play in the Ghana Premier League.
