Victoria Kimani is a popular Nigerian singer and songwriter born on July 28, 1985.

Kimani was born in Los Angeles, California, U.S to clergy parents and originally hails from Kenya.

She grew up partly in Benin city, Edo state part of Nigeria during her parents missionary work.

She also has two older brothers, Bamboo and Kimya Miyaki.

Kimani is a veratile singer with musical genres of R&B and Afro-pop.

She has got not only the talent, she’s beautiful and highly endowed with amazing curves.

Career

Victoria Kimani started singing at the age of 9 and already doing back up in church choir and writing songs at the age of 16.

She caught the attention of the Chocolate city executives with her superb remix to Ice Prince’s hit single “Oleku”.

She was signed to the Nigerian record label, Chocolate City in 2012 and became the first female artist signed by the label.

Victoria released her first single under the label “Mtoto”, the Swahili word for “Child” which was accompanied with a video shot in Los Angeles.

She then followed up with several mix-tapes between 2013 and 2015, some of them include: Oya, Heaven,Open Up Your Heart, Hate Me and so on.

Kimani eventually rose to fame with her hit single “Show” released in 2014 as produced by Triple MG’s singer and producer, Tekno. She also enlist the Tanzanian artists, Diamond Platnumz and Ommy Dimpoz on the song “Prokoto”, a Congolese word for ‘Swagger’.

Within 2015 and 2016, she also had lots of collaborations with the likes of Cynthia Morgan and Emma Nyra on “Vex”, Ice Prince on “Loving You” and Khuli Chana on “All the Way”.

Kimani has worked with top artist across the globe such as Timabaland, Ron Browz, Busta Ryhmes, Mario Winans, Cassie, Lloyd, Timati, Chris Brown and so on.

The beautiful singer joined forces with several female musicians for the ONE.org campaign song “Strong Girl”. Some of the featured musicians include; Waje, Gabriela, Vanessa Mdee, Arielle T, Selmor Mtukudzi, Judith Sephuma, Blessing Nwafor and the Nigerian actress, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde

Aside singing, Kimani has also showed her passion and talent for acting with her debut appearance in the movie “7 Inch Curve”
